Air Heaters, Inerting, Fume and Waste Gas Incineration Systems

Many of today's industrial producers require both pre-conditioning and post-conditioning of air used in the process. Southern Technologies provides custom designed air heaters and inerters for pre-conditioning and waste gas and fume incinerators for post-conditioning. A major consideration in Southern Technologies designs is its use of light weight ceramic insulation materials, which can literally save tons in refractory used by other manufacturers. As with all of its products, the use of digital controls allows networking these environmental conditioning units to a central digital control center where the entire process can be monitored and controlled. All units are designed with digital burner management and combustion controls and are fully NFPA compliant.
